Located right on the Sacramento River, this park is outside of the bustle of, but within and easy commute to, Redding.

I recently viewed a unit at River Breeze. Even though the home wasn’t the right fit for me, the park itself was peaceful and welcoming. The manager was absolutely wonderful, and I truly loved the strong sense of community. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for another unit in this park!

I had a wonderful experience working with Candace Hill. She was extremely easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She met with us right away and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Her customer service truly made a difference, and I’m definitely grateful that she’s who we get to work with going forward in our new home.
